Learn how to identify your biomechanical strengths and weaknesses and how to create a strength and conditioning programme for your sport or activity which addresses your own individual needs. This is a theoretical and practical workshop which is suitable for all sportspeople. No previous experience of strength and conditioning, yoga, or bodyweight exercises is needed.
