Know Your Core & Work Your Core Workshop

Your core is about so much more than a ‘six-pack’ (or not). This workshop will teach you about the anatomy and physiology of the layers of your core and will enable you to learn and experience how you need to work in order to have effective and functional core strength and stability.
This is a theoretical and practical workshop. No previous experience of yoga or core conditioning is needed and it will be suitable for all levels of fitness.
